Introduce of Auto Feeding Weighing Mixing

 

Relying on the different material properties, we select the proper transmission method to combine with the hot/cold mixer as well as the devics of automatic metering, dosing system, transfer hopper and recycling hopper in connection with the extruder,which shapes a fully-exclosed and dust-free producing chain.

5. Computer control system

Siemens S7-200 PLC is used for automatic control of the whole system, and imported IPC is used for monitoring and management. The whole process is equipped with automatic and manual control, dynamic graphic display, fault alarm and material management, historical data recording and tracking capabilities.
