Our Quality:

1. Moisture content of finished product: 10±2%

2. Pinus radiata, other details according to customer needs

3. After two paintings, the thickness of one-sided coating is within 0.30mm, requiring a thin coating. Complete waterproofing.

4. E4E(S4S), DAR(S4S), Wallboard products: four-sided spray paint is required.

5. Window sill within 140mm width does not allow splicing plate.

6. Try not to splicing DAR(S4S) products (partial splicing allowed due to material mismatch). In addition, the wallboard product allows two identical panels to be spliced together.

7. Both ends of the finished product must be sealed with white PU Sealing paint.

8. Dimensional tolerance:

thickness and width: ±0.4mm; length: ±2mm

side bend: ±1.42mm per meter
