A:Yes, we have art templates of all our products for you to create your own art file. You can contact us to get the templates. We also can make your custom flags to your custom templates.

Q: What art file should I provide, could you help on the design?

A:Standard art files is vector format like .eps, .ai or .pdf. If you have non-vector format like .jpeg, .bmp, .gif, .psd, please make sure the resolution is high enough. We also have designer can help you to create your own art.

Q: What's your MOQ?
A:There are no minimum order required for most items, please call us if you require more information.But the more quantity you order, the cheaper the price per item.

Q:Can you provide a design service?
A:Yes we can. If you can offer the vector logo ,our designer will help you to do artwork design which it is according to your request. It's a free service if you order it.

Q: How about the terms of payment?
A:For large order, T/T . For small order, T/T, western union, Alipay and paypal can be accepted too.

Q: Hows about the shipment?
For small order, we will ship the good to you via FEDEX,TNT,DHL and etc express.
For large order,We accept EXW, FOB,CNF, CIF,price term And shipment by sea, by air.
