HPHT filter press named GGS42-2 is a professional instrument, used to measuring the filtration amount of drilling fluid and cement slurry under simulative deep well conditions (high temperature and high pressure), and also make filter cake after filtering under the same conditions. The filter is mainly composed of main body (base, stand bracket, heating system), tee valve, drilling fluid cup, high pressure filtrate receiver and QG-76/QG-80 pressurized manifold, etc.
The whole instrument is designed to integrated the heating and control system, and the main components are made of high-quality stainless steel, which is convenient operate, flexible move, delicate surface and durable quality. This filter has the characteristic of high temperature control precision, good repeatability, simple operation, accurate measurement and etc. It has widely used for measuring the filtration amount of drilling fluid and cement slurry in oil fields, scientific research institutes, laboratories and other departments.

Working principle : Pour the quantitative drilling fluid samples into the drilling fluid cup. After sealing, put the drilling fluid cup into the heater and heat it. At the same time, inflated and pressurized the drilling fluid cup quantitatively through the pressurizing pipe. Under some kind of temperature and pressure conditions, pressurize the sample to produce the filtrate pass through the filter screen or filer paper in the drilling fluid cup, and then evaluate the filtration performance of drilling fluid by measuring the volume of filtrate.
