     A:Usually our MOQ is 1,000 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. If you want customized design, MOQ will be 2,000 pcs.

2 . Q:Can I get sample ?
     A:Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free.

3 . Q:How long is the sample lead time?
     A:For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 3-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.

4 . Q:How long is the production lead time?
     A:It usually takes 15-20 days for MOQ. It all depends on your quantity.

5 . Q:How much is the freight charge?
     A:To save cost for you and make sure that you can get goods earlier, we suggest deliver small quantity by express. For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea.

6 . Q:What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
     A:We have our own professional designers. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for you.

7. Q: Do you accept OEM order?
    A: Yes, we accept.
