Q37 Series hook type shot blasting machine has large shot blasting capacity, high cleaning efficiency, large effective space, compact structure, and no pit is needed.

 

There is no special requirement for shape of the workpiece, and it can be used in single machine, widely used in machinery manufacturing and foundry industry.

Q37 Hook type shot blasting machine is suitable for surface cleaning and shot blasting strengthening of small batch castings, forgings and steel structural parts, to remove the workpiece surface welding slag, scale, also suitable for the surface cleaning and strengthening for heat treatment parts; it can also reduce the internal stress of the workpiece and improve the fatigue resistance of the workpiece.

1, Hook type shot blasting machine adopts cantilever-centrifugal blast wheel with long life and simple structure.

2, Hook type shot blasting machine adopts BE type separator with good separating effect and high productivity, and it plays positive role in lengthening the lives of blades.  

3, Hook type shot blasting machine adopts pulse bag type dust collector to make the dust density in the exhausted air lower than that stipulated in national standard, to improve working environment.

4, Hook type shot blasting machine adopts 12mm thickness wear-resistant impact-resistant ZGMn13 protecttive liner (area against balst wheel), .wall is 10mm thickness 65Mn protective liner.

5, Hook type shot blasting machine adopts sealing cover plate with delicate structure at the top opening of blasting chamber, to prevent the abrasive from bouncing to the outside of the chamber. (new technology )

6, For Automatic opening and closing door adopts pneumatic control.
