1. What is the sample cost?
We can provide with 1 free sample for most products, but the customer need to pay the freight charge.
But for the big and expensive product and OEM samples, please contact us to get the sample cost which will be returned to you when you place an order.
2. What is the sample time?
Stock products: 3-5 days.
OEM samples: 5-8 days.
3. What is production time for order?
For small order: 3-7 days.
For big order: 10-15 days (depend on the order quantity)
4. What is product shipping way?
For normal big orders, we arrange the sea shipment .
For urgent orders, it can be air freight.
But for very small order , we suggest to deliver the products by international courier, such as DHL, UPS,TNT and so on.
5. How's the quality of products?which country do you always export?
All of our products are 100% inspected before shipment.
