Q: How can we install the inflatables?
A: Is very easy to install. Prepare your ground, open the packages of inflatables and air blower,unfold the inflatables, then connect the air blower with inflatable,turn on the electricity to inflate it.

Q: How to clean the inflatable tents?
A: Just use soap and water. Do not use any kind of solvents.

Q: Payment items ?
A: We will start your order after receiving 45% of the down payment. After finishing, we will email you the photo for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.

PS:If the order is urgent, you'd better pay 100% in advance.

Q: Producing time?
A: Our regular producing time is 6-15 days.
