By detecting the motion of people approaching the entrance or people's presence near the door, this smart BEA C8 sensor motion detector triggers the door's opening and function as a safety sensor to improve the pedestrian experience of using sliding doors and avoid unnecessary accidents.

With this combined function of opening activation and protecting users from being clamped by door panels when automatic door closing, no need to install a safety beam sensor on the door frame other than a radar sensor on the top.
