Go Green Silicon asphalt pavement sealer for asphalt road maintenance
Product Description
Go Green Asphalt Pavement Sealer (APS) is a kind of new pattern eco-friendly silicone based driveway sealer, it belong to oil based material, which canpenetrate into the aged asphalt pavement structure, enhance road sealing and waterproof performance, improve aggregates adhesion, thus to effectively solve the asphalt aged problem, after spraying the asphalt pavement sealer, it can prolong the road service time to another 5 years.
Technical Advantages:
1. Enhance the stability and distortion resistance of asphalt pavement, repair ≤3mm crack, no need to cut the crack or use crack filler.
2. Reduce the damage caused by repeated freeze-thaw circle.
3. Cut down the pore or crack explosion damage caused by car wheels movement in moisture environment.
4. Permanently repair the pothole and crack in asphalt pavement to give the water proof and wet resistance performance (positive side and back surface).
5. With chloride resistance and strong corrosion resistance chemicals. Experiment Proved: Go Green APS could reduce over 50% defrost salt volume, cut down more than 50% defrost time at the same time.

How to use:
Spray gun could be used when in small construction area ( suitable for less than 5000m2 ). Professional spraying car is suitable for over 10000m2 pavement.
Go Green asphalt pavement sealer usage is only 0.2~0.4kg/m2 with low maintenance cost. Construction is very simple, open to traffic within 2~3 hours.

3 years unopened.

Q:How much Go Green® asphalt pavement sealer do I need to renew the pavement?
A: Asphalt pavement sealer dosage is 0.2-0.4kg/m2, the specific dosage depends on the road ageing condition.
Q:How to do the construction?
A: For small area, manually brush the sealer on asphalt pavement; For big area, its better to use high pressure airless spraying equipment too spray over the surface.
Q:Does the sealer need to heat? How long to accept the traffic?
A: No, the asphalt pavement sealer is ready to use, do the construction when temperature is above 5℃, generally accept the traffic within 3-4 hours.
Q: What is the package, can you provide sample?
A: Package is available in 20kg bucket or 200kg drum, we could provide sample, MOQ is one bucket.
