1.Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
We are 100% factory . We are a leader in aluminum and pvc profile window machine manufacturing for 20 years in China.

2.How long is your delivery time?
Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 10-15 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to order quantity.

3.How does your factory do regarding quality control? 
We have strict control in testing of raw material, production process and final process. Only qualified products can be delivery to our customers.

4.What will you do if the machines have problems?
Our machine's warranty period is 12months,if the broken parts can't repair,we can send the new parts replace the broken parts freely,but you need pay the express cost yourself.If it is beyond the warranty period,we can negotiate to solve the problem,and we supply the technical support for the whole life of the equipment.

5. What is your terms of payment ?
 30% TT deposit,70% balance before shipment . Deposit usually be TT .
