Guarantee/Warranty Terms of Stock Hair Replacement

1) For agreed quality problem, free repair, exchange or credit will be offered by Seller.

The freight to Buyer will be at Seller's expense.

2) If there is any quality problem, Buyer needs to declare and return the complained units to Seller within 10 days after receiving.

The return freight needs to be at the buyer's expense.
3) The complained units must be returned completely new, that is without being styled, cut, nor worn.

If there is quality problem and returned styled, cut or worn, repair/exchange/credit can only be done at both parties' approval.

4) Seller offers 3 month warranty,(exact NG Modle one month) if the hair replacement are worn and cared in the correct way.

1. How long will my new hair system last?

There always have a balance between Natural and Durable. Our products have a lifespan ranging from 1 month to over 1 year. If you are looking for the most natural, you should choose French/Swiss Lace,Mirage,NG ,Bella .Injection lace and Injection skin. If you're looking for a base that is durable,you should choose Skin,Bond, Versalite, Fine Mono.

2. How to order a perfect fit custom hair system?

1. Send back a mold and a piece of your own hair samples (to match the color and curl etc.). Click this link to see how to make a mold easily.

2. Send back an old unite you wear for reference. So we can make a perfect duplication.

3. How soon can I get the hair system?

For a custom order: Standard time: 8-10 weeks. Rush service: Would be 4-5 weeks. For Stock systems once we confirmed your payment and shipping information, we will ship the order immediately. (Usually within 24 hours)

4.Correct Client Usage Guide below:

• Clean your system with a mild pH shampoo (4.5-5.5).

• Use cream type conditioners that do NOT contain Lanolin, polymers, or heavy oils (causes matting in human hair)

• Be sure to keep the cream conditioner OFF the base of the unit because it can cause the base knots to soften, then hair will fall out.

• Never brush wet hair, use a wide tooth comb.

• Use leave on spray conditioner also to keep the hair soft and pliable.

• Not conditioning at all will cause dryness and tangling.

• Stay away from SD-40 alcohol based styling aids as they tend to dry the hair. Use corn alcohol.

• Lace Fronts, full Lace systems or thin Poly Skin units must be treated gently as the base is fragile and hair falls out easily.
