WHY YOU WILL LIKE OUR GROW BAGS
1. MATERIAL: We produce our own non-woven felt to make these grow bags, so we get control of the quality of the felt from the very beginning. We guarantee the weight of the fabric to be between 260gsm-320gsm depending on the size of the bags. We make sure the right fabric is used so it will function well in actual application. We follow our standard that 1-5 gallons will use 260gsm fabric, 7-20 gallons will use 280gsm felt, 25-75 gallons will use 300gsm felt, and 100-400 gallons will use 320gsm felt.
2. Cutting : Our grow bags are laser cut, so the size of the grow bag can be guaranteed , and avoid uneven size caused by manual cutting. At the same time, laser cutting is productivity, which can reduce labor cost, production time. That is how our price can be competitive! We save our money, and at the same time save our customer’s money.
3. SEWING: We have professional of around 25 persons. The sewing of the grow bag is divided into 3 parts, sewing of the bottom, the side, and the handle. The bottom and sides are double-coiled to allow the grow bag to withstand more weight . The handle is cross-stitched to make it stronger and less prone to breakage. It is worth mentioning that over 15 gallons of size, there will be reinforcement on the handle. There will be no worries about quality problem.
Packing Choices
4. PACKING: Packing is decided by our customer. We can have PE bags packing and usually 5 pieces per pack for small gallons, vacuum packing is also available for saving packing space. Carton packing is our basic packing. Woven bag packing is the cheapest way of packing. This is all up to our customer.
