A:Vector files in AI and CDR format work perfect. If don’t have a vector file, JPG and PNG files are also accepted.

A:Yes, we will send you a digital proof before the order goes into production.
Q4. How long does the production take?
A:Normally, the production lead time is 10-12 workdays depending on the product and production process.
Q5: If I re-order my products, should I pay the mold fee again?
