Machine features

W43 series straighteners are fourhold -roller machine composed with working rollers , upper and lower supporting rollers , ascending and descending system , base,power-distributing gearbox , universal transmission shaft,main drive . etc.

The upper and lower working rollers could both drive the material and are adjustable with the decline angle to result in a high-straightening-accuracy of the sheet

1. Power part

The power part consists of leveling power base, reducer, YWZ brake, coupling, power distribution box, coupling bush, universal transmission shaft, etc. The main motor is equipped with high-power motor and analog control system, which is responsible for providing leveling power to the main engine.

2. The main machine part

The main engine part adopts four-fold roll assembly structure, which consists of welded frame, integral gantry frame, nine leveling roll shafts (top 5 and bottom 4), upper and lower roll shafts, beams, idlers, supports, worm wheel and worm drive upper roll lifting and pressing device, etc. The leveling roll is forged with Gr15 alloy structural steel and the supporting roll is 40Cr. Eliminating stress treatment of frame, adjusting hardness of leveling work roll + medium frequency quenching surface HRC45-50, and adjusting hardness HB250-280 of supporting roll. In order to ensure that there is no radial and axial movement of the working roll, double row heavy needle roller bearings are selected at the end of the roll to connect with the unidirectional thrust ball bearings and the roller seat, and the manual oil pump is centralized lubricated with low running resistance. The two sides of the upper roller axle seat are arc track structure, which can adjust the gap between the inlet and outlet of the upper and lower leveling rolls. The upper and lower leveling rollers are equipped with support brackets and supporting rollers, whose height direction is adjusted by inclined wedge to compensate the adjustment overlap of the upper and lower leveling rollers caused by the unbalanced stress of the original plate shape, so as to improve the leveling smoothness of the leveled plate material. High-power motors are connected with upper and lower working rollers through coupling, reducer, power distribution box and universal joint transmission shaft, which are all active in operation and have high level and smoothness of sheet metal. The motor adjusts the reduction amount of the upper roller lifting, the maximum opening is 80mm, and the numerical scale is displayed.

3. Electronic control part

The unit is centrally controlled by an electrical operating table. The electronic control part includes the operating table, supporting components and so on. The electronic control operating table is equipped with operation buttons to realize various functions of the levelling machine, which can conveniently control the parallel and reverse operation of the main motor, adjust the gap between the upper and lower rollers as a whole, and adjust the gap between the import and export separately.

The power supply is 380V, 50HZ AC power supply, and the ambient temperature is - 5 ~40 C.
