Product Description


Description:





This product is a new generation of general purpose high-grade grease. It is made by special process with new complex sulfonate to thicken high viscosity refined base oil and high efficiency extreme pressure antiwear agent.


 


Application:


The products are mainly suitable for hot rolling and cold rolling bearings in metallurgical industry, turntable, crystallizer, secondary cooling section, sector roller, stretch straightener and swing shear of continuous casting equipment, lubrication of conveyor roller, also widely applicable to other industrial industries. Medium and low speed bearings, gears, chains and telling mega-coupling under high temperature and heavy load conditions, also suitable for lubrication of some parts contacted by acid and alkali, or water, steam.


 


Working Temperature: -30℃- 230℃


 


Performance:


This product has excellent extreme pressure wear resistance and long service life, good mechanical stability, colloid stability (consistency is basically unchanged under high and low temperature conditions) and good water resistance.
