Q1. How do we proceed an order?

It is much appreciated if you could tell us your exact requirements/specification, then we will send a proforma invoice for you to make payment. Payment via Western Union, Paypal or T/T. Samples will be ready after full payment received. For bulk order, we require 30% deposit in advance, pay the 70% balance before shipping.

Q3. How to do the freight calculation?

Shipment charges are calculated according to the higher of actual or volumetric weight and any shipment may be re-weighed and re-measured by the carrier to confirm this calculation.

Samples or trial order, we provide latest inventory products, for bulk requirements, we need 3 weeks to produce. We will have all products inspected before shipping, and we provide a sound packing in case of damage during delivery.

Tech support and free sdk provided regardless of quantities. Remote compile or free demo and demo video and code available as requested. Customized application may charge according to detailed functions.
