HVS-1000 Digital universal micro vickers and knoop hardness testing machine has novel shape, good reliability, operability and intuitiveness. It is easy to use and has high measurement accuracy.
It is a high precision mechanical measuring equipment for micro vickers hardness. When it’s equipped with knoop indetner, it can test the knoop hardness.
Its accuracy meets the standard GB/T4340.2, ISO6507-2, ASTM E384.
Character:
l The motor controls the automatic loading, maintenance, unloading, and direct display of hardness values.
l Various hardness values can be converted to each other.
l The test method and the test force can be displayed on the LCD display, and the diagonal length of the indentation can be automatically collected by the micrometer.
l High-resolution measurement and observation objective lens, combined with high-definition digital measurement eyepiece with built-in length encoder, realizes one-button measurement of indentation diagonal length, and gets rid of the error and trouble of manual input during reading;
l Optional CCD image processing system and video measuring device.
