Why is this
Bad bearings
The bearings are very important in sander.Good bearing keep less vibration and sanding smooth.
Bad blades and rotor
Because the rotor and blades are always rotating at high speed during polishing, so must be wear-resistant and stability.
Bad cylinder
Cylinder must be good metarial and heat treatment, if not, it will wear and leak quickly.
Upwood solutions
Solution 1: Bearings
The most important spare parts.
We choose bearings made in Taiwan.

Solution 2: Blades
Made by the best Taiwan material, 2 to 3 times more wear resistance than ordinary blades.
They are highly capable with excellent durability.
Solution 3: Cylinder
For 216 series sanders, we use high-precision heat treatment cylinder.
The wear resistance is greatly increased and the service life is greatly improved.
Solution 4: Rotor
The rotor should be running to high speed rotation and high temperature.
So we choose a strong steel rotor for our sanders, while the free speed keep more than 12000RPM.
Certainly, we also supply composite rotor if you need.
