Product Application

The high quality plastic tank clinching machine for 4 Sides is used for crimping the teeth of the header plates and locking the plastic tank tight to the core body. There is a sealed space between the crimped plastic tank, sealing gasket and header plate. This servo type plastic tank clinching machine is used to handle products of various specifications. The crimping machine is divided into the long-side header crimping mechanism and end crimping mechanism. The radiator clinching machine is also called as aluminum radiator crimping machine.

Main Features

1) The radiator clinching machine  is PLC controlled, and the crimping program is set up through the touch screen. 

2)  The touch screen of the clinching machine can indicate the working status, and the control system stores radiator crimping parameters. 

3) The long side header clinching mechanism is moved by the hydraulic power. 

3) The machine can crimp the header at 4 sides by one cycle.   The hydraulic power is much more stable. 

4) The equipment can have dodge moves and step-forward moves.

5) The equipment is equipped with a 3-color alarm lamp. 

6) The equipment is also equipped with a photoelectric switch to ensure operation safety.
