Powder properties

Specific gravity: 1.1~1.8g/cm2 Standard type curing and low temperature curing type particle size distribution: It varies according to the application. Generally, the average particle size distribution is 28-38um, 10μm-84μm, the particle ratio is >90%, and the volatile content is <2%.

Application condition

Pretreatment: phosphating, chromizing

Coating: Painting fluidized bed dip coating, high pressure electrostatic spraying

Curing conditions: 200 °C / 10 minutes, 180 °C / 15 minutes, 150 °C / 25 minutes

Impact test GB/ T1732-93 50kg/cm

Cupping test GB 9753 >6mm

Adhesion GB/T 9286-98 Level 0

Bending test GB 6742 ≤ 2mm

Salt spray test GB/T 1771 1000 hours without change, single-sided corrosion <2mm at the cross-section

Product packaging

Store in a dry and ventilated room below 30 °C, avoid direct sunlight. Under these conditions, the powder can be stored stably for 12 months. If it is overdue, it can be used again. If it meets the requirements, it can still be used.

Safe and healthy

All raw materials of powder coatings do not contain toxic substances, and no toxic gases are generated during baking. However, dust should be avoided during use. Operators should wear dust masks and glasses and minimize long-term contact between skin and powder. With the coating on the skin, it can be washed with soap.
