Q69 Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine for H Beam, Steel Plate Sheet, Profile.

Q69 Steel Profiles shot blasting machines are used to remove scale and rust from metal profiles and sheet metal components.
It applies to surface rusting and painting art ofshipping,car,motorcycle,bridge,machinery,etc.By combining a roller conveyor with the appropriate crossover conveyors, individual process steps such as blasting, conservation, sawing and drilling can be interlinked. This ensures a flexible manufacturing process and high material output.





This machine is primarily for h beam to remove the rusty spot, rusty layer and scale cinder on h beams to obtain a uniform,smooth and glossy metal surface allowing improved coating quality
and higher anti-corrosion performance.
This unit is applicable for operating under PLC mode. All the electric elements employed are of leading brand. Manual operation is also allowed for inspection and servicing purpose: the operator either starts various functional parts in regular succession, or starts a single functional part (e.g. elevator) to check relevant part for running performance. to ensure safety, the unit is equipped with an alarming device which will send out alarm message and stop the whole line in case of trouble occurring to any part .

1. Remove scale and rust from metal profiles and sheet metal components.

2. Surface treatment for H beam, Steel Plate, sections, angles, pipes and others.
3. Blast cleaning of complex welding constructions where all surfaces are cleaned. For example head- and base-plates, welded ribs and re-enforcements must be de-scaled and de-rusted. And the welding seams must be cleaned.
4. Typical areas of application: Steel and shipbuilding, automobile, motorcycle, bridge, machine.







Conveyor system
It consists of loading and unloading rollers, chamber rollers, connecting rollers.
● Rollers in the blasting cabinet are protected by special alloy jacket with lifetime over 4,000 hours.
● Conveyor system is driven by motors with inverter. Rollers can be controlled manually and automatically.
● Step-less speed is available. Roller conveyor could move in step with the whole machine or move faster.





Blasting chamber
In the blasting chamber, the wall is protected by SPMn13 material liner and 65Mn protective liner, which has high wear resistant performance. Chamber inside protection plate all adopt the high strength nut fixed and pressure on the inner of blasting chamber, easy tear open outfit replacement. Prolong service life, reduce the cost and reduce maintenance frequency. The steel abrasive fall down freely and collected by screw conveyor.


Shot blasting machine assembly
This machine has 10 sets of high speed & performance blast wheels. Material of blades, control cage and distributor is Cr20S high-chromium, which has long service life. The lifetime of blade is over 500 hours, and lifetime of impeller and control cage is over 2000 hours. All wear parts are the market most universal national standard parts.




Screw conveyor
Screw conveyor consists of cycloid needle wheel decelerator, screw axis, conveyor shell, bearing, etc. It is a standard conveying device and an important part of abrasive circulating system. The screw blade is made of 16 Mn.This unit is responsible for conveying the abrasive to the elevator. Screw conveyor located at the bottom of shot blasting chamber, the spiral blade welding in the drive shaft. Conveyor motor drives screw conveyor to send abrasive to discharge outlet, then the mixed abrasive will be conveyed to elevator bottom. On both ends of the screw conveyor adopt triple seal protection. the abrasive and dust will drop to
the clearance between end plate and bearing once leak out, will not enter the bearing. Screw conveyor shaft with sensors detecting unit can detect the working state.






















1. Installation and commissioning issue: We will send 1-2 technicians to assist with machine installation and commissioning,
customer pays for their tickets, hotel and diet, etc Customer need arrange 3-4 skilled worker and prepare insallation machinery
and tools. 
2. Warranty time: 12 months from date of commissioning completion, but no more than 18 months from date of delivery. 
3.Supply full English documents: including foundation drawings, manual book, electric wiring diagram, electric manual book and
maintenance book,etc.
