Material

Structure of water tank: The water tank is of welded structure. The front and rear close plates, its two side walls and the
vertical and horizontal shifting plates are all equipped with trapezoid ribs to increase strength. There is also maintenance
manhole and anti-absorbing water vortex turbulence structure.

There is one inlet opening on the top of the tank. The tank cover has quick locking and opening device.

There is one 80mm overflow tube valve structure on the tank top.

Pipeline system

(1)、Water absorption pipeline:

One Φ150mm in-tank water absorption pipeline system.

One Φ150mm outer water absorption pipeline system.

(2)、Foam pipeline:

The foam feed pipe is stainless steel tube laying in the tank.

(3)、Water injection pipeline

There are two Φ80mm buckles on both left and right sides of the carriage to the water injection pipeline in the tank.

There is one Φ65mm water pump in the pump room to the water injection pipeline and control valve in the tank.(4)Water outlet
pipeline:

There is one 100mm water outlet fire monitor pipeline and control valve.

There are two Φ80mm water outlet pipelines and control valves on both left and right sides of the pump room.

(5)、Residual water draining pipeline:

There is one Φ18mm residual water draining pipeline and control valve on the bottom of the water pump.

(6)、Cooling water pipeline:

Cooling water pipeline and stainless steel ball valve are equipped tor PTO to deal with all kinds of complicated situations.

There is one Φ40mm blow-off line and control valve at the bottom of the water tank.

Operation: the magnetic valve, air control and control position are on the dash board in the cab with indicator lamps to show
engagement and disengagement of PTO.

Storage compartment and pump room

Material: The main skeleton is of steel sectional material and the equipment rack is of Luminal alloy sections. The interior
plates are made of 1.5mm aluminum alloy checkered plate and the interior bottom plate is of 2.5mm aluminum alloy checkered plate.

Structure: Adopting steel frame and special connection structure of Luminal alloy section, the storage compartment has enough
space to place equipment; the partition space is adjustable to place equipment and easy to access. Valves are installed at proper
position in the carriage for parts to be frequently checked; open or movable plates are also installed at other positions in the
carriage for inspection.

Rolling door: All storage compartments and pump chambers adopt rolling doors with locks. The handles and locks are sturdy and
durable, and they all have passed the water sealing test.

Turning plate pedal: it is of steel frame covered with Luminal alloy checkered plates and adopts air spring, safe and reliable.
