Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
We were born in Swiss Army Knife Bags, a combined factory with its own largest textile factory, fasteners and zipper accessories processing factory, and has many patents. Yes. We can offer both OEM and ODM service with prototype design and small MOQ.
Q: How much is the cost for customer logo?
For more than 500pcs, no extra cost. For less than 500pcs, the cost need to be calculated on the exact requirement.
Q: Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience on prototype design. Pls share the ideas and how you would like to do. We will do the rest work for you.

Q: Can I get free samples?
We are very pleased to supply you samples and would like to offer free ones when the value is low and items are in stock with the shipping cost paid by customers.
Q:How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality counter display. If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost .But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the 300.
Q:How long can I expect to get the sample?
The samples will be ready for delivery in 5-7 days after we got the payment. Normally the samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 7-9 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
Q:When can I get the quotation ?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will put your inquiry high priority.
Q: Can you give me a discount?
Yes, based on wholesale service, we have better discount for bigger quantities. We will quote you the best price based on your order quantity.
Q: What is the lead time for mass production?
The lead time of MOQ is about 10 to15 days. For bigger orders typically 30days and this need to be confirmed case by case depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. It is suggested that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
Q: Why your price is higher than other suppliers ?
Different products has different prices, although the same product which use different fabric and workmanship will have different price, as suppliers, we promise to provide the best pre-sales and after-sales service for the customers!
Q: The shipping cost is too high, can you give me cheaper shipping cost or free shipping?
When we calculate the shipping cost for you, we will use the cheapest and safest courier, and it is shipping company who ask us to pay, we can't give you any cheaper or free, pls kindly understand. But we can promise that we will not ask you to pay more shipping cost, if you think it is too expensive, we can use your own shipping company or agent in China which is cheaper.
Q: Can you offer dropship service?
Yes. We can ship by sea, by air or by express as well as air mail by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, EMS and China Post.
