1. The key parts such as the bed, column and headstock of the machine are made of Meehan castings, which are stable in structure and maintain quality forever. The unique tool changer design, advanced cam-type drive mechanism, and the ability to select the tool at any position can be quickly achieved by PLC software control. The tool changer has undergone a million test conversion tests to meet the reliability requirements. The fast tool change mechanism saves cutting time and increases production efficiency. The cam-driven tool magazine ensures high-precision rotation and smooth operation with heavy-duty tools.
8. The standard speed of the spindle is 8000 rpm. The standard machine uses a high horsepower spindle motor. The connection between the main shaft and the motor belt greatly reduces transmission noise and heat generation. The spindle uses the G-TECH GT-5052A dynamic balance correction device to directly correct the spindle dynamic balance on the line, so that the spindle avoids resonance when rotating at high speed, ensuring the best machining accuracy.
9. Use high-strength and tough four-claw broach, large contact surface, strong gripping force, small loss of shank and long life. 10. The electrical box adopts the rear hanging design, which saves space and makes limited space for maximum use.
