How to use:
1) remove the mortar and pestle from the packaging.
2)place any herbs and spices you wish to grind in the mortar.
3)while holding the pestle in one hand,firmly hold the mortar.
with the other hand to help further prevent the mortar from moving.
4)with the perstle ,pulverize the herbs and spices by grinding them between the mortar and the pestle.
