A : Ningbo or Shanghai

A : If your ordered product is our standard series, we do not limit MOQ, you can combine various item in one order, if the amount is less than USD3000.00, we have to add more 25% extra surcharge to run export business cost.

3, Q : What is payment method?
A : Sample Order: T/T, Western union, Paypal , Order : T/T or L/C.

Payment Terms: 30% T/T in advance, then 70% balance against copy of B/L.

4, Q : Do you offer free samples?
A : We can provide free samples and you should pay the freight charge. After you place an order, we may consider to refund the above samples fee.

5, Q : Do you accept our design on boxes?
A : Yes. We would accept OEM design and we have a professional design team who can design products based on your special requirements.

6, Q : What's your lead time?
A : Usually, the lead time is within 25-30 days upon receipt the deposit and samples approval. If urgent, we would speed up !
