Main Features

1.High definition touch screen conversational interface, drawer type design, PLC control, Intelligent man-machine, digital system setting, fully automatic position, soldering and desoldering integration. HD CCD monitor, Coordinate Orientation, intelligent temperature curve control. Meanwhile, with multi-function: "keep same temperature", "instant curve analysis" and "voice warning before heating finish". Real-time actual temperature and temperature curve setting can also be used to analyze and correct the curve if necessary.


2.High precise k-type thermocouple closed-loop control and PID automatic temperature compensation system, with PLC and temperature module and intelligent control unit to enable precise temperature deviation on ±1℃. Meanwhile, external temperature measurement connector enables temperature diction and accurate analysis of real time temperature curve.

3.Used Panasonic servo control unit to realize automatic control of position, soldering and desoldering: stable, reliable, safety and high effective.

4.Optical alignment system, auto focus, auto magnification, auto color separation. Also, with micrometer, fine-tuning position of pcb and bga.

5.Panasonic camera Lens automatic frontward/ backward, and manual frontward/backward, right/left with joysticks, to avoid "dead angle".

6.Automatic feeding system can be added if need, more intelligent and effective.

Movable universal fixture + V-groove bracket prevent pcb from damaged on fringe component, suitable for all kinds of pcb repairing. Meanwhile, X, Y and R axis can be fine-tuning with micrometer, fast, accurate and convenient positioning.

IR preheating area

Carbon fiber heating tubes, dark light is more easy to be absorbed by PCB/chip, and anti high temperature glass covering them can prevent any small components and dust from dropping inside.

2. Lights switch: 2 lights can help you observe the PCB or chip from any view and no shadow.
