Sanfan Mats Workshop

Sanfan mats workshop manufactures all kinds of mat, including yoga mat, baby crawling mat, floor mat, camping mat, puzzle mat, gym mat, exercise mat, interlocking mat, fatigue mat, wall decoration sticker and other mats made from EVA, TPE, XPE, Rubber etc.

Most of the mats with customize size, thickness and private label are made in this workshop. Besides, some other related products concerned with foaming procedures will be developed with our R&D department in the mats workshop.

Sanfan Textile Workshop

One year after the mats workshop, Sanfan established our textile workshop for bags and garments. All sports bags, yoga bags, yoga wear, yoga leggings and other related textile products with sewing and weaving procedures are developed and produced in this workshop.

Our 300 sewing workers will output 1 million pieces bags and 1.5 millon pieces garments every year for customers all over the world. Good reputation was established by excellent comments from world famous brand like Timberland, Fila, Airness etc.

FAQs

What is Your MOQ?

Sanfan offers OEM and ODM service.

For those regular yoga mat ( Regular color & Regular Size), we have Semi-product in our warehouse. If you do not mind the cost of the shipping, our MOQ is 1 piece.

For some unique design ( including individual color, size, logo, pattern, and printing), the MOQ will be 200 pcs.

What files do you need if I want to do my own design?

For logos, it is better for us to get your origin design in AI or PDF format.

For printings, your origin design in AI or PDF format is required to set up the print-plate.

A mock-up picture will be sent to you for final approval before sampling.

How many colors are available for yoga mat?

Purple, Violet, Pink, Mazarine, Blue, Black, Mint Green, Turquoise are our regular color in stock. We check colors with Pantone Matching System. Pls send us your pantone color code you need. We’ll make the samples accordingly or recommend closed colors.

What is the production lead time?

FThe quantity and the OEM request verifies the lead time.

Normally, it will take 1-7 days for regular yoga mats while it will take 15-20 days for your special request.

What kind of testing reports are available?

All our TPE yoga mat are made with Eco-friendly material. They are free from PVC, phthalates, silicone, latex, odor and other toxic items. All testing reports regarding to Rohs, CE, EN71-73 etc. Are available. However, the buyers are required to pay the testing charge for a curtain order.

What is your payment terms?

Normally, we accept T/T, 30% deposit when order confirmed and 70% against the copy of B/L for FOB orders.

100% payment by T/T, Alibaba trade insurance or Paypal before shipping for EXW orders.

What is the sample lead time?

For regular yoga mat, it takes 1-3 days even with your logo on.

For your OEM yoga mat, it takes 5-7 days or even more(depends on your request).

How Can I get a Sample?

Free samples will be offered with regular color and size. Individual request on the samples have to be discussed for OEM project. You will be charged if there happens some extra cost when we make the your individual sample.

Besides, the buyer will be required to pay the shipping cost for the samples. Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI ( remote pick-up ) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your carrier company account.Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.

Or you can sent us the cost and we’ll arrange the shipping with our carrier company agent.
