Charateristics:

UP-A81 -Aldehyde resin (also known as polyacetal resin) is a colorless and transparent to light yellow, anti-yellowing aliphatic aldehydes hard resin, also known as a panacea resin. Its appearance is divided into granulation small semi-circular rules and non-granulation irregular small particles, be used in solvent-based coatings and inks, solvent-free coatings, waterborne coatings, powder coatings, resins modified, and other systems as a special hard resin. UP-A81  can be marked to improve the anti-yellowing of the paint film, to shorten the drying time, to increase the film hardness, fullness and shine, to increase the solid content. Because of low-viscosity characteristics, UP-A81 & can reduce the usage of organic solvent paint industry and reduce atmospheric pollution caused by VOC emissions. UP-A81  have an excellent dispersion in the metal pigment and other pigment wetting, while soluble in most organic solvents, so they are fit for oil-soluble condiments. In particular, they can reduce the cost of color paddle more than 40%, and middle-low solvent adaptation much better than those of similar products abroad. UP-A81 can also be used for powder coatings and chlorinated rubber modified and so on. In general, the product performance has reached even more than similar foreign products and it is widely used in coating of paint, ink and other industries as a special resin.

 Application:

Ⅰ,Because of the light color and excellent pigment wetting, UP-A81-Aldehyde resin especially suitable for making universal colorants. What’s more, its low solution viscosity can make it produce high-pigment content paste.

Ⅱ, UP-A81-Aldehyde resin is superior to aldehydes and ketones resin in the color, anti-yellowing, anti-aging, flexibility, adhesion, solubility and drying speed when they are used in wood, metal, paper, polyurethane and other coatings.

Ⅲ, Because of good heat resistance, UP-A81-Aldehyde resin is suitable for baking finish, especially because it does not produce any odor and discoloration resin, so they can significantly improve the resistance to flexion of the coating system and so on.

Advantage:

UP-A81 is soluble in most of solvents, such as alcohols, esters, ketones, ethers, aromatic solvents, aliphatic hydrocarbons, while similar foreign products are not soluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons solvents, only a limited use of this solvent to dilute. UP-A81-formaldehyde resin is not soluble in water.

Storage and transportation
Stored at dry and ventilated condition, be far away from flame. The shelf life is one year. Take shelter from light and rain during transportation.
