1. What certificate do you have for generator diesel ?

There are ISO 9001,ISO 14001,CE etc.

2. What is your MOQ, payment method, delivery time?

Our MOQ is only 1 set. Payment method usually is 30% T/T as deposit, 70% balance T/T before delivering,or use trade assurance and L/C.

Delivery period normally will be 7~15 days after receiving customers' deposit.

3. Which port do you often use when export?

Qingdao,Tianjin,Shanghai,Guangzhou or as customer request.

4. Is there any spare parts you can provide along with generators to make the maintenance convenient?

We can provide regular engine's air filter, fuel filter, oil filter to customers for self-maintenance.
