Free samples of most Eastragon products can be offered,with shipping and taxes paid by the buyer.

Samples fee will be charged if you need the sample to be produced by new customiezed module.

Samples fee can be refunded after you finished an order.

Eastragon can get very good rate from TNT and DHL or EMS couriers to save your freight cost.

2) What about payment term?

T/T:30% down payment;Balance against copy of B/L(Preferred).

T/T+L/C:20%down payment;Balance by L/C at sight(Preferred).

100% L/C at sightPaypal, Western Union.

D/A,D/P,time L/C.

Term 2,3,4,5 will be charged bank rate and/or bank fee and/or insurance fee if applicable.

3) How do you guarantee product quality?

Material & Production inspection: Our Q/C will inspect all production procedures and production reports will be issued and sent to you.

Shipment advice will be sent to customers with loading photos
