MACHINE USE:

The product is flat and wrinkle free.

CHARACTERISTICS:

The equipment is mainly composed of a frame, a unwinding device, a transmission system, a conveyor belt, a guide roller, a laminating device, a pressing device, etc., and the various parts are as follows:

1. The protective tape material unwinding adopts the 3" air-expansion shaft center unwinding, and the magnetic powder torque brake is arranged, and the material unwinding tension can be arbitrarily controlled to ensure that the laminated product is flat.

2. The main machine adopts a rubber conveyor belt to transport the laminated sheets, and the conveying speed is synchronized with the fitting speed, and the conveyor belt has a limited position device.

3. The laminating device of the laminating device is composed of a set of steel rollers, a transmission mechanism, a cylinder, etc., and the materials are attached, compacted and flattened.

4. The pressing device consists of a set of steel rollers, transmission mechanism, cylinders, etc., and the material is further compacted and flattened.

5. The transmission system is mainly composed of pendulum reduction motor and chain drive system, and the working speed can be adjusted according to proficiency.

6. It can be equipped with tension unwinding device and constant tension winding device to fit the coil.
