Fully Automatic Pallet Dispenser,Pallet Destacker
A Pallet Destacker or Pallet Stacker (also called a Pallet Dispenser or Pallet Magazine) is used in a pallet handling system for accumulation or dispensing of empty pallets onto or from your conveyor line or as a stand alone unit. yupack pallet dispenser’s can be designed for use with either pallet roller conveyors or pallet chain conveyors. There are 2 variations of pallet magazine machines that can be used on a production line to accumulate or distribute pallets.

Product Advantages
pallet dispenser working principle:
1. Place the pallet neatly and neatly on the pallet of the same specification with the finished appearance;
2. The pallet separation mechanism hooks the second pallet of the lower layer to rise, and separates from the first pallet of the lower layer;
3. The roller conveyor starts to transport the separated pallets to the next station;
4. After the pallet at the supply pallet completely leaves the station, the lifting mechanism hooks the pallet and descends to the conveyor line again;
5. After the fork is opened, it rises to the middle position and hooks the second pallet of the lower layer again to separate it from the first pallet;
6. Repeat this process until all the pallets have been disassembled, the equipment stops running and a buzzer sounds a warning to remind you to add pallets.
