1. Can you provide me your catalogue?
We have thousands of products, including ceramic vases, ceramic crafts, ceramic photo frames, ceramic lamps, resin vases, resin crafts, resin photo frames, resin mirrors, tables, cabinets, cushions, mats, table runners and bedding sets and so on. They can be used for home, hotel, showroom, wedding, party, gifts etc. Please kindly tell me which kind of items you prefer to and provide me more information. Then I can recommend to you accordingly.
2.What's the MOQ?
We usually require MOQ 100 pieces for each item, if the items are smaller size, we need larger MOQ and we will state it on our quotation. As we are a factory, it's hard for us to produce small quantity now, because we need to consider the mold cost and the labor cost. Many thanks for your understanding.
3. Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
We can make OEM and ODM items for you as long as you can tell us your idea, provide pictures and measurements. We have done many OEM projects for our customers. Sample time is about 15-20 days. Sample fee is charged according to the material, size and quantity of the product.
4. How about your quality guarantee?
We’re responsible for damage of full container goods if it’s caused by our improper package. We have very strict QC team, they will double check the goods one by one after finishing and before shipping.
