SMC/BMC Process
SMC/BMC compression moulding is a process that put a certain amount of moulding compound into the metal matched-die, under the effect of certain temperature and pressure, the moulding compound will be heated to plasticize in the mould,then flow and fill the mould cavity, and curing to the products. Typical products include the cable bearers, electrical equipment housings, building templates, air-condition shells, car body components switch boxes, sanitary fittings.,etc.
