The minimum production batch size of our production workshop is 500 sets. In order to give customers a better shopping experience, our company will stock some products. Typical stocks range from 100 to 500. In the case of stock, we do not set a minimum order quantity. However, our standard price has a corresponding standard order quantity. If it is lower than the standard order quantity, the price will rise to different extents.

 Q4:What is your sample policy?

If the warehouse has stock samples, we will only charge a sample fee twice the standard price. If the sample needs to be ordered, the sample fee will be subject to availability, generally around 1,000 yuan. After the customer receives the sample and provides the trial report, photos and videos, we will refund the sample fee (no more than 100 yuan for the sample fee). If the customer has a follow-up order, the order amount is more than 20,000 yuan, and the company will refund the sample fee (not higher than 500 yuan). If the order amount is more than 50,000 yuan, the sample fee will be refunded (not higher than 1,000 yuan).

Q5:How about your delivery time?  

Our company has three factories: mold factory, PCBA patch and plug-in factory, injection wire harness assembly factory. The delivery date mentioned here refers to the delivery of large quantities of confirmed samples. If the order amount does not exceed 100,000 yuan, the delivery time is 30-45 days. When the amount is large or the workshop is full, it depends on the situation.

Q7: Do you test all your goods before delivery? How is your company testing the product?

1. Our products are fully inspected before shipment, ensuring that each product received by the customer is a qualified product.
2. Each product has undergone at least four full inspections during the production process:

Third: When the assembly is completed

Fourth: When packaging.
