This model is special big scale equipment for paddy rice processing .Rice milling equipment is composed of feeding hopper, paddy husking unit , separating unit for brown rice and chaff, milling unit and air jet blower ,etc.

Rice huller machine consists of 10 parts, and is a whole processing line to process the rice, removing the rice husk and other impurities during working. Its capacity is 600-700kg/h and you get rice with high quality.  In recent years, we export this paddy miller to such countries as Thailand, Nigeria,Vietnam, Nigeria etc, and those countries mainly market for rice milling equipment, thus our company has already built long-time partnership with them. In addition, warranty for integrated rice milling unit is 2years.

Rice milling machine of working principle

1. Paddy first goes into machine through vibrating sieve and magnet device, and then passes rubber roller for hulling.

2. After air blowing and air jetting to the milling room, the machine can finish the process of cleaning, husking, air blowing selecting, milling and polishing in succession.

3. The husk, chaff, runtish paddy, and white rice are pushed out of machine respectively.

Installation cost	You need to offer our engineer’s salary $80 per day and should bear round tickets, visas, food, hotel, and traffic of our engineer goes to and in your country.
