A: Normally , the MOQ of our products is 500pcs/model. And if you are interested in our products, you can take some samples first.

Q: Can we get samples for free?

A: We are ok to offer samples free to you. But customer need to pay the freight cost, courier by express like TNT, UPS, DHL and FedEx etc...

Q: Can I do my own colors?

A: Of course you can, any color as per PMS code are available.

Q: Can we have our own design?

A: Welcome customer's design, we have our own R&D department, just send us your design drawings. Or you can tell us the details you want, we will help you.

Q: Is it OK to print my logo on the products?

A: Yes.Customized Logo is available. 

Q: What certificate do you have?

A: Our products can pass American FDA , German LFGB and French DGCCRF. If you need your own certificate, you can take samples to test in the lab.

Q: How can I pay for the order?
