Gear hobbing machine basic machine introduction:

1. The model Y3150E gear hobbing machine is applicable to cut spur and helical gears,worm wheels,sprockets and short spindle shafts in jobbing, small or batch production.
2. It is characterized by good rigidity,high working accuracy, easy operation and simple set up procedure, either conventional or climb method can be used in the machine.
3. In addition, the machine is equipped with an automatic shout-down device and safety-securing mechanisms,and an automatic lubricating system.
4. Imported hydraulic components can be used for the machine according to the customers requirements. Furthermore,tangential hob head is also available for special order to cut worm wheels under tangential feeding mode.
