2.When the machine has problems, how you can solve it?
Firstly, we have 1 year warranty, we can provide consumable spare parts for free.
Secondly, all machine will be installed and tested well in factory, we will test machine for one week, and make sure when you receive machine, can start production at once.
Thirdly, if when you receive machine, the machine can not run well, then you can send video and photo to us, we are 24 hours available for you, and will teach you step by step, help you solve problem.
Fourthly, if the machine has problem which you can not solve by yourself, then we can dispatch the engineer to your factory.

3.What is the manual and instruction language?
The manual and instruction all will use English language, if you want to use your country language, it also can be customized, and we also will send you a operation video, teach you how to change mold and operate machine.
4. Can we make different size in one machine ?
You can make different size in one machine, only need to change mold.
5. What's the payment term, trade terms you accept?
Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment , we usually offer FOB Ningbo price .But we also accept other way like L/C , Western union ,and do CFR&CIF etc.
6. Does it easy to operate and can I do if it doesn't work?
First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man ,what you do is just learn some basic thing like wet the paper cup fan, lubricating the moving parts regularly .And we will sent you manual and video ,we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself , and if there is something goes wrong , you can call us ,video chat ,email us. We will give solutions within 36 hrs .Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.
7.If the machine's spare parts broken ,where can I get?
We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable , and some critical parts like gear box , our quality is good ,in case it
broken within one year ,we will send you for free.

8. What's your delivery time?
Our machine needs 25 -30 days production time in normal, if your order is urgent, we can discuss about that.
