Product Description
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Short Path Distillation is also called Molecular Distillation. The mixture liquid is fed into distiller under high vacuum,
immediately spread into a very thin film and forced quickly down the evaporation surface. Heated walls and high vacuum drive the lighter molecular components (distillate) to the internal condenser, and the heavy molecular components (residue) continue down the cylinder. Small amounts of low boiling compounds collect in cold trap upstream of vacuum system.
Application in CBD/THC separation from Crude Oil
Our Short Path Distillation Equipment is widely used to purify and concentrate CBD/THC in Crude Oil. During the distillation process, decolorization, solvent, chlorophyll, wax and fat removing, and most part of pesticide and heavy metal removing are also finishing at same time. After that, user will receive viscous golden CBD/THC oil.

Packing & Delivery
Testing and Inspection
Strict quality testing is performed for the entire equipment, both during and after production.
Before Packing, products should pass various inspections, which include, test of electrical voltage durability, glass inner stress, temperature control wave accuracy, operation noise, sealing performance, safety protection, and commissioning etc.
Packing
After Inspection, the whole enquipment will be disassembled.
Glassware should fill with plastic foam and fix on the frame.
Other parts will be packed and marked well in cartons.
