3. The drawing reel adopts ZG45 cast steel body, and the surface of the drawing work is sprayed with WC, the surface hardness is HRC≥60, and the roughness is ≥0.8μm.

4. The drawing die box has the functions of mold rotation and drawing powder mixing, and is divided into two systems: the front and the back. The mold cavity is provided with cooling inlet and drain devices. When the mold is replaced, the mold inlet valve can be closed, and the mold cavity is closed. The water inside can be quickly drained, then loosen the die screw, take out the die pad and the old mold, replace the new mold, and the operation procedure is reversed. The tuning system is composed of a wire rod, an eccentric wheel, a cylinder and a connecting rod mechanism, and the drawing speed of each machine is synchronized by an electronic control system.

5. The cooling device is provided with mold cooling and reel cooling. The mold is cooled to direct cooling. The gaskets on the front and the back of the mold are made of O-ring φ33χφ40χ3.5 or copper washer. The reel is cooled by spiral narrow slit water-cooled type. The water jacket is fixed on the water tray, and the reel rotates relative to the water jacket. When the water flow is at a high speed, the heat transfer efficiency is high and the self-descaling function is generated, and a water valve switch is arranged in front of each machine.

6. The air control system consists of various control elements, tuning cylinders, braking system and so on.

7. The electrical control system consists of an electric control cabinet and an operation console.
