Packing & Shipping
For packaging, we will fix the easily movable parts first with nylon cable ties. Cover with protection film, then cover with stretching film. Then cover with international standard wooden case.
If standard model of packing machine and have in stock, will leave factory in 3 days after receive payment.

Our Factory
☆Sheet metal factory, manufacture and machining the spare parts by ourselves. We have CNC lathe, CNC bending machine, CNC grinding machine, CNC turning and milling machining center and many other automatic machining machine.
☆We have a warehouse where spare parts and various other materials are stored in different categories for easily pick up and store.
☆We have two assembly workshops, assembly conveyor and main frame of packing machine.
☆Two debugging workshops, workers will debug the finished assembly machine here and adjust according to customer's requirement.
☆Finished workshop, after debugging, packing machine will be here, run for several days to make sure no failure.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are manufacturer factory professional in manufacturing the flow/horizontal/pillow packing machine with the design, research, development, customization and innovation according to market change and customer demand.
We warmly welcome you to visit our factory, and we will show you around our factory, including sheet metal workshop, machining workshop, assembly workshop, debugging workshop and so on. You will see the whole process of the manufacture of our packing machine, as well as the packing process of any product you want.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. When order large quantity of machines, or customized machine according to special product, it will take 10-20 days.
We will do our best to meet our customers' requirements.
Q: Do you provide overseas after-sales services ? is it free or extra ?
A: 1. For technical training on adjustment and operation of the equipments at abroad, the seller shall send technicians to the buyer's factory while the buyer shall be charged for such service cost including round-air ticket, boarding & lodgings, visa fee as well as daily service fee of USD100.00.
2. For damaged spare parts resulting from quality problem, the seller shall supply the buyer free of charge for replacements within the guaranty period. Otherwise, the buyer shall buy parts at own expenses.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment term: 50% of total value to be paid by T/T as down payment, and the 50% balance payment to be paid prior before shipment.
