Q: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory. We have our own sales team, own designers, own showroom, can assist you to decide which products are the best choice, and provide design based on your concept & idea.

Q: What's your MOQ? Delivery time?
A: Our brand "AcoolToy" has no MOQ requirement, we have stock for most items, so you can order small qty but mix many items, it's good for testing market, delivery time is 5-10 days.

Q: Do you have any logo on product or packaging?

A: No logo on product, but packaging has our brand logo "AcoolToy".

Q: What are the payment methods?
A: 30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L.

     Alibaba trade assurance, T/T,  PayPal,  Western Union,  LC at sight, etc.

Q: Can you OEM/ODM? What's the MOQ?
A: Yes, for OEM/ODM order, logo can be printed, laser or stick label on your product & package.

     Production MOQ is 3000-5000pcs, delivery time is 45-60 days.

Q: How to solve the problem if we receive the defective products?
A: We guarantee the products customers receive are qualified. If there are any defective parts, please send us some detailed photos by email, and then we will send you the replacement parts according to actual conditions.
