2. Do you offer samples to check quality?

Yes, pls let us know which item and any changes (like add logo, change material or color) you need.

3. How do I make a sample order?

It's based on what kinds of bags, some items we will send by free, some will be cost $10 to $50. It will take 2-5 days. 

If you need put your logo on the bag, please provide the artwork.

Please note that sample cost will be refundable after bulk order confirmed. 

4. What's the deliver time for my orders?

For stock items, our leadtime is 3-5 days.

For customized order, we can deliver in 25 days. It's based on what's kinds of styles and the quantity.

5. What's the payment term?

Our payment term is 30% deposit, balance against copy of B/L. 

L/C  acceptable if the quantity large. Paypal payment acceptable for small orders.

6. Has your factory passed social compliance audits?

Yes, our factory passed social compliance audits by BSCI.
