QM-24B Model Auto Brake Shoes riveting machine is a new type auto maintenance and repair equipment developed and upgraded from our QM-1A riveter. With its wide range of application, heavy punching and riveting force, it can perform one time punching and riveting of the rivet on various truck braking shoe plates. The work efficiency is high and its operation is easy. It can also be used for rivet joining of other parts like auto clutch friction plate.

 Precautions in equipment operation

1,The plant air supply shall be cut off when the equipment is under repair or replacing the punch head. It is strictly prohibited to place one’s hand underneath the punch head during operation for fear of accident.

2,During operation, if the riveting force is not sufficient, check if the air pressure is normal. The air pressure will drop when the punch head works in fast speed. Wait a few seconds for the pressure to rise to normal to guarantee the joining quality.

3,If joining action fails or no action during the operation, check if the air valve is damaged, if the air hose is choked and check if the rocking rod or other transmission parts are jammed. Lubricate the traveler, slide sleeve and other moving parts regularly.
