Q1:What is the quality of your product? Is there a relevant certification?

A:Our products have a two-year warranty. Calculated from the date the customer receives the goods. Unless otherwise stated, our products have been marked with trademark KS. Our trademark KS has been remarked in China, the United States, Europe, and the United Kingdom to prevent counterfeiting and protect the rights of dealers and agents. Some of our products have been registered with appearance or utility or invention patents to prevent violations and protect the rights of dealers and agents.

Q2:Is the price of your products negotiable?

A:Our products are clearly priced and do not accept bargaining under the same quantity and specifications. The quantity is excellent, the same quality of the same product of our company will never be shoddy and deceive customers.

Q3:What's the MOQ? 

A:The minimum production batch of our production is 500 sets. However, in order to give customers a better shopping experience, our company has stocked some products. Normal stocks range from 100 to 500. In the case of stock, we do not set the MOQ. But if it is lower than the standard order quantity, the price will rise to different extents.

 Q4:What is your sample policy?

A:We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and 
the courier cost. If you can provides the rail report,photos and videos, we will refund the sample fee (no more than $20 for the sample fee). If you has a follow-up order, we will refunded parts of the sample fee.

Q5:How about your delivery time?  

A:Our company has three factories: mold factory, PCBA patch and plug-in factory, injection wire harness assembly factory. The delivery date mentioned here refers to the delivery of large quantities of confirmed samples. If the order amount does not exceed $15000, the delivery time is 30-45 days. When the amount is large or the workshop is full, it depends on the situation.

Q6:What payment method your company accepts?

 A:Alibaba trade assurance,Paypal,Bank to Bank,etc. We advise customers to place order online as Alibaba company as an intermediary, more credit, more assured!

Q7:Do you test all your goods before delivery? How about your company testing?
