Production Process&Inspection
1. CNC screw milling
2. Turning machine
3. Screw and barrel matching
4. Borning barrel inside
5. Barrel feeding hole
6. Barrel holes punching
7.Barrel inside hardness
Barrel inside hardness will be checked after hardening & tempering and nitriding.
8.Screw flights hardness
Screw hardness will be checked twice after heat treatment.
9.Profile size
Each size will cheked during production and once again after finish.
Our heat treatment
Hardening & Tempering
72 hours hardening & tempering,hardness is HB280-320.
Nitriding
120 hours nitriding,hardness is HV900-1000.

Alloy Hardness:HRC 50-65
