Screw cap for the round tube. The Plastic flip top cap has 2sizes, can fit the tube for #40,#50. Screw cap for 150ml shampoo tube ,repair cream tube ,100g calming mask tube and 120ml facial cleanser cosmetic tube and 180mlbody wash tube ,and also 200ml tube. The normal Plastic flip top cap just in one mould,when the cap and the tube are installed,many times there are cases where the cap and tube positions are not adjusted properly.With our flip cap,this not going happen.Our flip cap is made of 3 parts.The tooth cap, the middle cap and the top cap.With this design, the middle cap and the out cap can be rotate to erery angle,so it is easy to adjustment the top cap with the tube.3 parts withh 3 mould ,so the cap can be in 3 colors.Just depend on you need.

After the new design is completed,we can make a 3D mold to check up whether the design is ok or not.

The injection workshop has 35set injection molding machine,and also work with 35set manipulator machine at the same time.24sets plastic side material shredder to smash corner material at the same time as production.So that the corner material can be recycling at once.The injection products are transported directly on the conveyor belt for inspection,after inspection, the products will be assembled in the assembly workshop.
Total has 35sets injection molding machine,divided into 3 teams,can produce and operate simultaneously.
Each injection molding machine is work with a manipulator machine,more efficient and stable quality.
Smash the corner material and put it back into production,product is delivered from the conveyor belt to the inspection.

All final products must be inspected.
The unqualified products will be pick up,and will be dust treatment.
The products are arranged in layers by the plastic supports.And also with the plastic film and plastic bags.
At last,each carton will has a product's detail mark.
After the quality inspection,the raw material will be storage by category.
The injection product parts will be stored after passing the inspection, waiting to be arranged for assembly.
The final products will be stored according to the ording No., waiting to be sent to customers.
